Description:

The Recruiting Intern will perform HR and recruiting duties including the creation of a candidate pool system, proactive recruiting, analysis of marketing sites, assisting guests, processing paperwork, answering phones and responding to emails.

Responsabilities:

  • Develop and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline and a contact system to enhance engagement.
  • Facilitate the new hire process and look for ways to improve the process.
  • Review candidate pools for positions and rank the applicants.

Qualifications:

  • Communicates well both verbally and in writing.
  • Handles confidential information with discretion.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time and working with frequent distractions.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and mature, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Must be highly organized and have high attention to detail.
